A New Retail Store Format for the World’s Most Luxurious Massage Chairs

LOVA was appointed to design a new retail concept and format strategy for expansion and eventual rollout of OHCO stores in Asian countries and regions around the world.

The brand, OHCO is the creator of the world’s most luxurious and technologically advanced, full-body shiatsu massage chairs with headquarters based in Boulder, Colo.

LOVA has developed a set of branding and marketing collateral for OHCO for market expansion with Chinese as the primary language.

Marble and Terrazzo are used as the main materials to create the luxurious style, together with timber finishes creates welcoming and relaxing ambience. Different store type designs such as flagship, shop-in-shop and pop-up store formats developed to cope with local business strategy.
